As the Sr. Manager of the Onboarding portfolio within the Experience Design team- I was responsible for ensuring consistent human centered experiences across all lines of business. From applying for a loan to qualifying for a pre-approved mortgage- I led the scalability of Design System components, illustration desirability testing & consistent user journeys across web and app banking applications.
